Overview
The Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation and management of the company’s marketing strategy including brand management, public relations, partner engagements, Digital engagement, and event coordination and planning. This actively engaged leader will have hands on engagement across the following key focus areas:
Responsibilities
Partner Marketing Relationship Management
- Support Indirect Sales with combined marketing campaigns
- Drive ongoing co-branded marketing opportunities
- Manage key 3rd party Association Relationships
- Create Award and Recognition Opportunities for One Source
Event and Sponsorship Management
- Manage full event calendar
- Coordinate all event requirements and sponsorship needs
- Design and Develop Event Marketing Strategy
- Identify Ongoing Opportunities for Events and Sponsorship Opportunities
Manage Full Social Media Strategy
- Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant/future platforms
- Manage Strategic Campaigns Across Key platforms
- Reporting/Tracking/Analytics Management
Manage Content Strategy
- Full content calendar management
- Messaging, Deliverables, Design and Workflow
- Creation and Design of Sales/Marketing Assets
Public Relations Management
- Manage current or future relationships with 3rd Party PR Firms
- Develop and manage public messaging strategy
- Align with other departments around communication needs
Execute Corporate Marketing Campaign Strategy
- Campaign Management and Execution
- Account Based Marketing Strategy
- Customer Enablement Program Management
- Develop and manage to key KPI’s across key initiatives
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
- Proficient with marketing-related software programs
- Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
- Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
- Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
Education and Experience:
- 3 years experience in lead generation and content development
- Experience in IT, Telecom and Security Industry marketing Managed Service Offerings
- Experience with both Direct Sales and Channel/Partner Teams
- Proven ability to develop, create and execute on content strategy
- Experience working with or developing a successful ABM strategy with Sales
- Ability to manage, drive and project manage company events calendar
