ONE HEALTH is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Powell, WY

One Health is looking for someone who has a LOVE for Human Resources! Someone who enjoys employee engagement and THRIVES in the aspects of training, development, and performance management! The ideal candidate would not only be knowledge driven but also have a heart for employee relations and satisfaction!

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing human resources (HR) related duties on a professional level and manages all HR related tasks at appointed site(s). This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: EEO and legal compliance, staffing, talent management, risk management and worker safety, employee relations and policy implementation, total rewards, and strategic HR management, including metrics.


COMPENSATION:
$65,414.64- $76,814.21 DOE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, health administration, humanities, or another related field; or eight years work-related experience; or equivalent two-year degree and 4 years work-related experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • Master’s degree
  • SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Certification or HRCI Certification

Experience:

Required

  • Three (3) years’ experience in human resources
  • Two (2) years’ experience in direct supervision of employees
  • Demonstrated familiarity with state and federal employment law
