Senior Service Technician

One Fat Frog Food Trucks & Trailers is seeking 1 Senior Service Technician to support our operations in Orlando, FL. You are a pivotal member to our team, ensuring that service calls are completely efficiently and to the client's standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

This person will be a jack-of-all-trades to support our service department. Most service calls are completed in-house, meaning that the client brings their truck or trailer directly to our facility and you complete the work here. Occasionally, you may drive a company vehicle locally.

• Maintains a variety of mobile kitchen equipment such as: HVAC, hot and cold-water distribution systems, power distribution systems, and fire/life safety equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance and repair work on mobile kitchens
• Detect and report faulty or improperly operating equipment to client.
• Uses proper PPE when situation requires it and adheres to OSHA safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Keeps tools in working condition and returns all equipment to its proper place.
• Maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform job function.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must speak English at a proficient level. Added bonus if you are fluent in Spanish!
• 10 years experience as master handyman professionally or personally
• Must have valid FL Driver's License
