Take your career to the next level by working on a dynamic and innovative team at a forward-thinking and growing company!SummaryThe Talent Coordinator will partner directly with Talent Acquisition, candidates, Talent team members, and hiring managers to facilitate and support all phases of the recruiting/onboarding process under limited supervision. The Talent Coordinator will help with the coordination and scheduling of interviews for candidates and take ownership in all the logistics of the interview process. Additionally, they will oversee onboarding activities for any new employees entering the company and internal transfers. Lastly, the Talent Coordinator will manage vendor relationships and Talent Acquisition initiatives.Essential Job Functions
  • Supports a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with interview scheduling needs, candidate travel, and new employee/transferee onboarding.
  • Plans and executes interview days, including creating schedules, procuring space, confirming candidate travel, creating candidate packet, and greeting candidates.
  • Completes onboarding process for all new hires to include background screening and pre-employment testing.
  • Acts as point of contact for candidates regarding Applicant Tracking System (ATS), post-offer onboarding, I-9 verifications, and day one itinerary
  • Acts as primary point of contact for retrieving data and analytics surrounding Talent key performance indicators, anticipating the data needs of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manages Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs including, but not limited to the employee referral program including tracking and processing referral bonuses.
  • May act as a subject matter resource to others in the Talent department on Talent Acquisition processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Takes part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the Talent Acquisition function.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Talent Coordinator position supporting Talent Acquisition and/or Talent departments.
ORHigh School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of total work experience scheduling high-volume meetings/appointments, travel, analyzing data, and dealing with confidential information.
  • 1-year experience managing candidates in the background and onboarding process.
  • 2 years of extensive experience using MS Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
  • 1-year experience with pulling detailed reports and analyzing data for accuracy and next-step actions.
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
  • Team player, detail-oriented, work independently, ability to deal with change, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with several moving priorities in different stages.
  • Strong desire to work within the Talent function and Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work through challenges and delays and potential problems.
  • Strong desire to interact with the people and make our candidate experience world-class.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with all stakeholders in the interview process.
  • Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience scheduling large-scale interviews, candidate travel, reviewing background reports for compliance and performing onboarding and background duties.
  • 4 years of experience using an ATS.
  • 2 years of experience pulling and analyzing detail reports for accuracy and next step actions.
  • 2 years of experience managing Talent Acquisition team initiatives.
  • 2 years of managing external vendor relationships.
  • SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Suite.
