Our client seeking an HR professional focused on planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating HR programs and policies. The ideal candidate is someone with at least 3 yrs of HR experience with duties that include recruiting, training/onboarding of new employees, assisting with I9’s and W4’s, payroll and timekeeping, conflict resolution, and HR policies and procedures. This candidate must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.General responsibilities include:
  • Provides senior level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training and special projects.
  • Oversees/assists in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, on-boarding, assimilation, talent management)
  • Recruit, check references on, interview and refer applicants to supervisors as needed to fill vacant positions.
  • Complete all pre-employment paperwork and processes necessary for new hires.
  • Works closely with the HRBP as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include Performance Management, Work force Planning, Employee Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Recruitment, Exit and/or Compensation-related action items
  • Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures and programs.
  • Administer benefits programs including life, health and dental insurances, Paid Time Off, leaves of absence, and 401(k)
  • Prepare and/or process employee termination notices and related documentation.
  • Review timecards and work with supervisors to ensure accuracy and provide documentation to Payroll Administrator regarding payroll adjustments, employee benefits, child support, and other employee-related transactions on an accurate and timely basis.
  • Respond to claims for unemployment benefits received by the company from former employees
  • Promotes company culture to achieve open communications between employer and employee goals and needs
