OmniForce Solutions is Hiring a Research Analyst Near Houston, TX
The Research Analyst provides solutions and analysis for the Sales Operations Builder Multifamily channel by performing a variety of tasks and ad hoc projects as required by management.Research Analysts evaluate internal file systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics. Additionally, you should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth. This role will work with builder and multifamily industry sales data.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyze large volumes of data; organize customer folders, and databases
- Audit executed contracts against current data for accuracy
- Assist in contract management; tracking ESIDs and clearly identifying them for reporting
- Locate and validate contract information in SAP and Siebel
- Review of historical portfolio data and upload entries into SAP
- Support ad hoc tasks assigned by management
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
- Work directly with management and users to gather requirements and provide status updates
- 1 to 4 years’ experience directly supporting a sales operations team in a problem solving, research or sales capacity.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills required including excellent listening skills
- Strong attention to detail; critical thinker and logic-oriented
- Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams
- Excellent MS Excel skills required to independently create and analyze spreadsheets
- Basic knowledge of SAP, CCS, Siebel, IRW and BW software preferred
- Energetic and an enthusiastic personality with professional demeanor to work with various cross-functional teams and leadership
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Basic knowledge of the deregulated retail energy market
