OmniForce Solutions is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Austin, TX

Our Client is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives in Austin, TX. You’ll be part of the CSR team that assists our customers with inquiries, sales, and problem resolution.About the Client With a diverse set of products and services, including clean energy initiatives, our Fortune 200 client is one of the nation's leaders in the retail energy sector. Take your career to the next level by working on a dynamic and innovative team at a forward-thinking and growing company!What you’ll do as a CSR
  • Handle inbound calls from customers
  • Assists customers with sales, payments and service calls
  • Take incoming calls, make outbound calls, process credit cards, offer service plans and schedule appointments
  • Maintain customer information in the company’s computer system
  • Ensure good customer relations are maintained, customer complaints are resolved fairly and effectively
  • Follow safety policies and procedures
Minimum qualifications and what you’ll need to be able to do
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have prior customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service mindset, positive attitude and a team player
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external
  • Able to communicate via a phone
  • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards
  • Computer competency and able to use Microsoft office products
  • Communicate and read in English
