Omnicom Health Group is Hiring a Strategic Analyst Near New York, NY

Overview

Title: Strategic Analyst, Payer Strategy (Strategic Market Access Insights and Content)

Company/Location: Valuate Health Consultancy is located in New York City but remote positions available

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in managed care, reimbursement and access consulting, or related healthcare experience
  • Supervisory leadership preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with high-profile individuals in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced degree in health administration, pharmacy, marketing/business administration or related advance educational certificates/certifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in managed care or healthcare operations including consulting, analysis, market research, contracting, business and strategic planning, and healthcare financial management

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the oversight of qualitative market research duties, data analytics functions, and reporting of outcomes of research in appropriate manner
  • Responsible for the enhancement and growth of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships/engagement, knowledgeable of market research policies and processes, and ability to assist with content development for KOL meetings
  • Works extensively with company principals to develop, implement and execute surveys and deliver outcomes-based reporting
  • Attends new business meetings to determine research needs commensurate with the opportunity
  • Collaborates with company leadership in the strategic planning process for projects to include planning and research and ensure continual improvement and quality customer service
  • Participates with company leadership to enhance product offerings and across other internal departments and external vendors
  • Responsible for participating or assigning staff for research, brainstorming sessions, analysis, and interviews as needed
  • Participate in additional market research and data analytics initiatives as needed
  • In-person client travel may be required 

 Expanded Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills for internal and external audiences
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong familiarity with managed markets resources and research materials
  • Availability to travel evenings and weekends on occasion
  • Provides innovative thinking and process efficiency skills for strategy
  • Demonstrated initiative in internal and firm building activities
