Group One LLC is looking for an Accounting Specialist/Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. Group One is a family of businesses united by its values and vision. Our company includes businesses that operate in construction and facility maintenance; airport operations; parking and busing services. This position does require 3-5 years of relevant experience in performing accounting related functions. Our ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing quality service to all internal and external customers. They must possess the interpersonal and customer service skills to interact effectively with all personnel. Our ideal candidate must exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical principles.

You must also possess solid communication skills, be technology orientated, well organized, highly efficient, and proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Job Duties:

• Invoice creating with support
• Point of contact for business heads to addressing financial results, billing to customers and tracking expenses
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Intercompany allocation of expense (Workers Compensation, Verizon, expense reports, Fleet expenses)
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Teams and Excel
• College Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks experience
• Self-starters and able to multitask effectively
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Organization and customer service skills
