$500 SIGN ON BONUS
Provides administrative assistance to the General Manager and Director of Associate Services of the hotel.
Assist the General Manager & Director of Associate Services (HR) with administrative duties including:
Executive Office phone coverage and reception
Department phone roster upkeep
Outlook management
Managers’ schedules file and Lobby Ambassador program admin
VIP reservations, preparations
OPMS, GoCon flags/specials
Welcome cards and amenities
Managing Guest Relations communications
Guest correspondence
Meeting scribe and mail handling
Printing labels for guest events
Reservation duties include:
FIT reservations, billing
Reconciliation of third party billing
Commissions – weekly report for reconciliation
Travel Agent commission audits
Cancellation collection management
Deposit collection management
Assists the Director of Associate Services with administrative duties including:
Filing
Associate Communication
Managing Associate Recognition Program
Assist with Associate Events
•Must have at least 6 months experience working in a clerical office position.
•Must be able to work alone as well as work well with others.
•Must have good communication skills.
•Must be extremely computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel).
•Previous knowledge of Delphi, Opera and Synergy preferred.
•Must have exceptional organizational skills.
