It has also received the four-diamond luxury award for over 30 years and has earned the Pinnacle Award for meeting services.

We’re just about to enter one of the most exciting chapters in hotel’s long history with a full renovation starting in 2023. This includes a complete revamp of four existing F&B outlets and creation of the additional two from scratch. It also includes re-imagining the existing look, feel, and F&B experience in the event space. The final result will be an elegant and exciting urban destination, a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary.

How?

Before clicking on “apply for this job online”, you should have:

• At least 5 years experience as an Executive Chef at a hotel or a convention center.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Experience in high volume hotel with high-end restaurants and conference services (banquets).
• Understanding of HACCP and local health department requirements and guidelines.
• Demonstrated competency in progressive culinary creativity.
• Strong business acumen.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Exhibit strong qualities of a leader and a mentor.
