Marketing Associate

Since 1975, Omega Flex has been supplying quality engineered flexible metal hose products that meet demanding industrial, commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our organization located in Exton, PA. In this role you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for a product's features and benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches. Must successfully pass pre-employment testing including a physical and drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
• Create product content (e.g., sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
• Assist members of our sales team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product. Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our products.
• Build brand awareness through both traditional and new media campaigns.
• Collect and analyze market research data, help gather, analyze, and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and data.
• Contribute to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events.
• Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including press release distribution, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
• Identify potential markets and test them extensively.
• Work within various multimedia outlets to promote a product.
• Design and oversee ad layouts.
• Decide which media format (print, social, email, direct mail, web) best suits the assignment.
• Negotiate advertising contracts.

Experience:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• Marketing in an industrial manufactured product or construction related field.
• Experience in trade show materials, shipping, and overall tradeshow management.
• Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life, you will be constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
• Proficient in analytics and market testing.
• Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• The selected candidate MUST be able to commute to Exton, PA as this is an onsite position.
