This is your opportunity! Are you self-motivated and detail oriented? We are looking for Client Success Specialists with a strong work ethic and a background preferably in the insurance, HR or medical billing fields. We’ll provide the training!

Omega Benefit Strategies is a rapidly growing HR outsourcing company, with current locations in Charleston, SC, and Leominster, MA We provide corporations, insurance companies, labor unions & public sector accounts with administrative services such as; Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Premium & COBRA Administration services throughout the United States.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

A successful candidate in this position;

• Successfully completes the Certification & Training Program.
• Processes claim reimbursements according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintains client database.
• Receives, reviews, and verifies reimbursement claims.
• Has a keen eye for detail, is willing to learn new duties and grow with the position.
• May also perform other duties as needed to assist Client Success Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED…

• Associates degree or equivalent business experience
• Great attitude. Willingness to learn. We will train you.

This is an excellent entry/mid-level opportunity to grow your skills while making an immediate impact and contribution to the business. This position is hourly paid. Pay rate is based upon experience but will typically start at $20/hour. Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, retirement, vacation.
