Implementation Manager

Ombud is looking for an experienced full-time Implementation Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the new customer journey, including all onboarding and implementation processes while ensuring the project adheres to the SOW scope and time frame guidelines. You should be a true customer advocate, able to quickly establish credibility and build strong relationships while serving as a credible expert in Ombud’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully transition new customers from Sales to Customer Success by successfully implementing and delivering the onboarding of a new client’s experience of the Ombud platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business and technical objectives, and partner with them to build a strategic joint success plan with identified objectives, milestones and measurable KPIs to achieve the outcomes.
• Build and own relationships with key individuals and executive sponsors to establish yourself as an Ombud expert and trusted/ strategic advisor.
• Be a product expert to drive adoption, and promote end user satisfaction with our product and services.
• Manage customer data migrations, technology integrations, and escalated support queries

About You

• 3-5 years experience implementing complex software at a SaaS company
• Experience with the modern sales tech landscape, with direct experience with: Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Knowledge Management Platforms and Sales Enablement Solutions
• Ability to distill and articulate complex product functionality
• Competitive spirit with a strong desire to exceed the norm
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, often under time constraints, and with changing requirements
• Experience developing client SOWs with competing projects and managing customer expectations
• Able to adapt and thrive with change
• Bachelor’s degree
• Project management certification

Annual Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Bonus
