Grants Administrator

We’re looking for a Grants Administrator to join our team. The role of the administrator is to track incoming funding requests and administer them through the process appropriately. This role is responsible for processing paperwork and applications, distributing grants, and monitoring the process to ensure that funds are being used according to the terms and conditions.
The key to success in this position is the ability to facilitate grants administration of the foundation, from technical assistance and development of the application to ensure appropriate submissions, documentation, and reporting/monitoring after the awards process. This position establishes standards, policies, and deadlines, reviews proposals for completeness, and ensures compliance with foundation and regulatory processes and standards.
