What You'll Do:
- Prepare monthly financial statements for commercial properties in Skyline & Yardi.
- Prepare monthly general ledgers and Trial Balances in Skyline & Yardi .
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Assist in annual budget process.
- Weekly Payroll. ADP Expert and Extensis (PEO)
- Prepare escalations, such as (CPI, Operating, Real Estate Tax, Fuel/Utilities)
- Monthly Billing- Entering Lease Abstracts, Billing Adjustments, Commissions etc.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage Relationships / Management of Clients
- Interact with Auditors and Bank Representatives
- Other special projects.
What You Bring:
- 2-4 Years of experience.
- Education a bachelor’s in accounting or Finance
- Proficient in excel/ Word
