This role is part of our Creative team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. JOB PURPOSE

Our team in Amsterdam is actively seeking a Senior Account Manager who takes pleasure in being the primary point of contact for some of the most renowned brands in Europe.

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our major accounts on a daily basis, emphasizing the importance of fostering strong relationships. We need you to inspire our customers by showcasing the limitless possibilities available to help their businesses thrive. Together with them, you will determine the most suitable solutions for their specific needs. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the satisfaction of our existing customers and collaborate with skilled strategists and creatives to deliver exceptional results. 
  • As an Account Manager at DEPT® Brand and Advertising , you will not only assume a sales and strategic role but also be hands-on yourself. 
  • Independently establish processes
  • Accurately estimate project timeliness
  • Actively contribute to resolving process-related issues.
  • Actively guide XL brand campaigns from start to finish with strong project management skills

  • Possess prior experience as an Account Manager in agency settings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tackling strategic business challenges and providing clients with guidance to achieve their objectives.
  • Exhibit knowledge and understanding of social media, social platforms, and the inner workings of digital platforms.
  • Excel in building enduring relationships.
  • Possess commercial acumen to drive ambitious business objectives alongside your team and accounts.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and embrace accountability.
  • Professional command of the Dutch language.
