HomeServices Insurance is hiring a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative . The CSR is the advocate for our customers to the insurance company. As the first line of response to customers across the country, you will assist with any changes and questions on current insurance coverages and use creative problem solving to find the right solution for each customer. With the complexities of insurance coverages today and the challenges that go with them, no two days are the same. You will collaborate with a team of like-minded, driven individuals aiming to make a positive impact on our customers and improve our already exceptional 93% customer retention rate.
