OKC Dental is Hiring a Dental Front Office Assistant Near Oklahoma, OK

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing person to join our team as a Dental Front Desk Assistant. Dental knowledge is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person! We are a fast-paced dental office that takes pride in providing great care to our patients and their families. We offer benefits and competitive pay based on experience and provide regular pay raises. This position requires someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn the position. If this sounds like a job for you, please send us your resume! Work hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday - Closed

Benefits:

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and checking patients into the clinic
  • Managing the hygiene schedule
  • Calling patients to schedule appointments
  • Updating insurances
  • Confirming appointments
  • Answering phones
  • Supporting the treatment coordinator where needed

Qualifications:
  • Previous Dental experience and/or Dental Insurance Knowledge is a plus!
  • Open Dental Experience helpful
  • Positive Upbeat Personality!
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • Multi-tasking skills
