About the position:
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager the maintenance worker II performs custodial, routine, and extensive maintenance and repairs for all agency buildings, classrooms, grounds, vehicles and equipment. Follows health and safety procedures and performs safety inspections and checklists to ensure facilities and grounds are hazard free.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
One-Year of maintenance/custodial experience
Knowledge of manual and electric hand tools
One year of experience as a semi-skilled worker in one or more of the basic building or maintenance trades.
Valid Driver's License
