The Sales Representative will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for many customers in store and through the screening of phone and email leads.

Prior experience in sales is not required but candidates MUST have an enthusiasm and knowledge of the off-road industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial point of contact to screen phone-based leads and route them to the appropriate sales department.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre and post sales support.
• Respond to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chat.
• Update customer records in the company database
• Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

• Sales experience a plus but not required for the right candidate
• Enthusiasm and knowledge of the automotive and off-road industries
• General computer skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies including CRM, POS, and web based systems
• Comfort with a fast paced environment and multitasking a must
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Good team worker
• Must be detail oriented and responsible
• Must have ability to accept constructive feedback
