We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at Ohio’s Center for Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery! We are a premier oral surgery practice with offices in Mentor, Highland Heights, and Bainbridge looking for a professional, energetic, and gracious front office staff member to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients
- Answering phones
- Obtaining insurance information
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Facilitating patient and referral office correspondence
- Scanning documents into digital charts
- Maintaining appropriate documentation and record keeping
- Processing payments
Requirements
