Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at Ohio’s Center for Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery! We are a premier oral surgery practice with offices in Mentor, Highland Heights, and Bainbridge looking for a professional, energetic, and gracious front office staff member to join our team. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients
  • Answering phones
  • Obtaining insurance information
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Facilitating patient and referral office correspondence
  • Scanning documents into digital charts
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation and record keeping
  • Processing payments

Requirements

Position requires a positive attitude and ability to multitask and provide attention to detail.
