We are looking for a full-time Senior Recruiter for our Columbus, Ohio office. This role will help lead the recruitment of clinical team members across multiple states and help build diverse, qualified pipelines of talent. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative, startup environment and will have experience recruiting for contract, part-time, and full-time roles. This role will be a critical contributor to company growth and the expectation is for the candidate to be able to grow with us. 

You will be presented with multiple competing tasks, and no day will be the same. You will be required to bring ideas to the table and execute successfully at a rapid pace.

Responsibilities 

  • Help lead the recruitment strategy and process for clinical team members (physicians, RN’s, paramedics) across multiple states 
  • Partner with team members to build a recruiting process 
  • Partner with team members to create interview scripts 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the high-touch recruiting process 
  • Identify new and more effective ways to recruit candidates 
  • Post new roles and keep current role postings up-to-date 
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using the applicant tracking system
  • Record all activities to ensure effective reporting and metrics tracking 
  • Work with the team to schedule candidates for shadow days and subsequent interview rounds 
  • Obtain credentialing documents from candidates 
  • Build industry relationships to gain knowledge of services and territories to gain additional referrals and business development leads 
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned 

Essential Skills & Qualifications 

  • 3 years of recruiting experience 
  • Experience with ATS systems 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Comfortable building relationships with physicians 
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities 
  • Ability to communicate with leadership about hiring needs 

Educational Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
