Offit Kurman is Hiring a Fiduciary Accountant (Trusts & Estates Practice) Near Baltimore, MD
Offit Kurman, a growing full-service firm serving the private client market, is seeking an Estates & Trusts Fiduciary Accountant to join the firm’s growing Estates and Trusts practice.
Required:
- 3 plus (3 ) years of experience working in a trust and estate practice at a law firm, CPA firm, or bank (law firm preferred) which includes experience: preparing and filing Federal and state estate tax and gift tax returns; preparing and filing Federal and state fiduciary income tax returns; preparing financial statements as necessary for probate and trust administration; and preparing and drafting formal estate and trust accountings and maintaining annual accounts and records for various estates and trusts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax.
Preferred:
- Licensed CPA.
- Desire and ability to work from one of Offit Kurman’s Maryland offices.
