Responsibilities:
- Will train new employees on cleaning, safety, and equipment maintenance
- Manage the inspection process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Utilize learning technology and content development tools to create engaging and interactive training materials
- Conduct regular inspections to assess quality control measures and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inspection strategies
- Utilize Janitorial Manager and other software platforms to track inspection data and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through research and professional development
- Maintain documentation and records related to inspections
- Will act as a Fill-In Cleaner when positions are open or have a call-off
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of inspection processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver effective presentations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
