| Position Summary | The Outreach and Communications Coordinator at the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital will be responsible for strengthening the hospital's relationships with both its internal and external stakeholders through a variety of marketing and communications efforts as well as through planning and executing strategic outreach and engagement initiatives. Job duties will include conducting referring veterinarian clinic visits, coordinating special events, serving as an exhibitor at trade shows, managing the hospital's survey programs, overseeing the artwork/information displayed in the client facing areas of the hospital, and working with the College's Communications Team to facilitate photo/video shoots, to maintain/enhance the hospital's website, to assist with social media posts, and to initiate materials that will help promote and support the hospital's various services. This position will also work closely with the hospital's administrative team to support internal communications by sharing positive stories, helping plan events, and supporting other community building activities. |
