A day in the life of a Human Resources Representative
Treating our members like family starts with our employees. This is where you come in. As a Human Resources Representative, you will help our department and branch managers find the best people to fill our open job positions. Primarily, you’ll be talking to and screening job applicants on the phone, in-person, online and via email. If you have limited experience in hiring employees, don’t worry – we will build upon the skills you have from your prior work experience to help you develop the skills needed for this role. We believe in learning and development, so you will have the opportunity to continue to improve your skills over time.
What you need to be qualified for this job
If you have at least a year of customer service experience and at least six months of employee recruiting/hiring experience, we’d love to talk to you! In addition to great verbal and written communication skills, you need experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Work Schedule
You will be working from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM in our Livermore, CA headquarters.
