We are currently looking for an Analytics Manager who works with programmatic advertising and they will be responsible for revenue & yield analytics and technical resolutions. This person will liaise both with SSPs, Ad networks, DSPs, and cross-functionally with sales, marketing, data, and product teams to ensure the success of programmatic monetization for our web, mobile, and CTV products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising operations and revenue optimization techniques. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and lead programmatic advertising operations using Google Ad Manager, 
  Publica, or any other ad platforms.
• Setup and configuration of programmatic open bidding, prebid, preferred deals, and all other deal types
• Manage price floors across all programmatic monetization partners
• Responsible for managing relationships with existing yield partners and ensuring optimized delivery of programmatic campaigns.
• Review yield partners’ performance
• Analyze SSP/DSP bid metrics (ad requests, auctions, failed bids, timeouts, invalid creatives) to identify contingency and work with partners towards resolution.
• Work with both internal and external teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the programmatic ad stack.
• Lead the monthly & quarterly forecasting and reporting cycle for demand partners/DSPs.
• Daily monitoring of the correct functioning of the SSPs and various types of yield partners
• Establish processes, documentation, and structure to the development of yield management

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Advertising, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science, Engineering)
• 3 years of digital advertising, yield management, or analytics experience with at least 1-2 years in programmatic ad operations role (experience of using Google Ad Manager is a must)
• Strong understanding of and ability to apply yield management and inventory management principles
• Must understand the basics of prebid and the interactions between SSPs and DSPs
• Comprehensive analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of team members
