We are looking for Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Real Estate Property Management and Development Company!

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in executing digital marketing initiatives across many channels. You’ll also help administer, develop, manage, and measure the results of a marketing plan for new apartment communities.

Requirements

• Execute web editing tasks including updating website copy, sourcing, cropping, uploading images, and posting new content.
• Create social media posts on our property and corporate social media sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 
• Respond to reviews posted by residents.
• Write copy for apartment community and corporate websites.
• Audit advertising platforms and work with suppliers to fix issues.
• Compile and send newsletters, as needed.
• Compile and report marketing KPIs.
• Analyze and make recommendations to improve marketing initiatives.
• Perform marketing administration items and other duties as necessary while working with the asset management team.

Other Responsibilities

• Research competitors and generate ideas that may improve or inform property positioning, website content, or pricing.
• Attend meetings as required by management.
• Other tasks, as required.

Requirements

• Confident and positive self-starter who is organized.
• Exceptional and professional written communication skills.
• Willing to learn internal programs and systems to the level of fluency.
• Experience with editing websites in a Content Management System, CRM software, photo editing, and email marketing a plus.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies required.

This is an in person, full-time position working out of our main office in Center City Philadelphia with full benefits including healthcare and paid time off.
