One rare day-shift opening (6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and two evening-shift openings (2:30 to 11:00 p.m.).

Evening shift has extra $3.00 hourly shift premium. Hourly base wage range is $27.00 to $31.00 for RNs, a little less for LPNs, and we currently offer a $7,500 hire-on bonus for full-time Nurses. Overtime is paid for regular hours worked over 8 per day and/or 80 per two-week pay period.

Our Skilled Nursing Facility has 117 beds, within a Continuing Care Retirement Community of over 300 residents.

• Our nurses work closely with our residents, NAC staff, Medical Director, and our Rehab Team!

• Will work as Team Leader for residents on your hall including complex rehab residents.

• Must appreciate, and be capable of, working as an integrative team member.

• Reports to Director of Nursing, and is supervised / supported by Shift Supervisor and Charge Nurse.

• Short- and long-term stay residents require rehab, IV, PICC, wound vac, diabetic monitoring, lab orders, pharmacy refills, medication pass, etc.

• Independent and critical thinking is required for success in this role.

• Skilled Nursing has many opportunities for using best practice in situations which require critical thinking and technical skills.
