With office locations around the globe, OCLC employees are dedicated to offering premier services and software to help libraries.The Job Details are as follows:We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for our summer internship program; assisting our Digital Marketing Manager and Lead Generation team. Dates for the internship will be from May 15 to August 11, 2023 working full time during the summer.Responsibilities:Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with a variety of Digital Marketing projects across email systems and Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) including Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.Evaluating, updating, and creating new programs in Pardot that will enhance lead generation efforts, give insights to sales into the customer buying journey, and improve tracking and analytics efforts.Provide support and email analytics insights to Marketing Cloud Users across the organization including Research, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing. Assist the Lead Generation Program Managers on the digital components for a variety of external campaigns. This could include leveraging Pardot to enhance the reporting and tracking, assisting with the email creation, and post-webinar activities.Help analyze email data health across all systems. Qualifications:Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.Proven reliability and success in previous work experiences.Self-starter, able to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.Strong analytical skills for gathering campaign insights and managing data.High-integrity individual with the ability to use good judgment regarding confidential subscriber information.Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing through education, project teams, or work experiences.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, notably Excel.Prior experience in a Digital Marketing role, with a focus on email is desired but not required. If you’re a student looking to gain:Digital Marketing experience with a focus on email marketing strategy, best practices, and analyticsUnderstanding of CASL, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other email lawsData analysis and maintenance skillsFamiliarity with commonly used CRM and Digital Marketing tools including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)An understanding of successful Lead Generation methods and reportingCampaign planning and critical thinking skills
