Oceania International is a fast-growing business with a focus on Advanced Materials, Solar Lights, and e-commerce. With the fast growth of the business, we are seeking a talented Accountant. As the Accountant, Treasury and Tax, you will support the CFO and Senior Accountant in regular treasury and tax accounting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct treasury operations, including account reconciliation, payments, deposits, etc.
• Manage the check books
• Maintain bank relationships
• Sales and business tax calculation and filing
• HR related accounting/treasury activities such as employee insurance, 401k payments etc
• Assist in company payroll activities
• Corporate credit cards management
• Liaison with back office accounting team in routine accounting activities
• Ad hoc accounting/financial analysis as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree is required, accounting/finance major is preferred
• Previous accounting/treasury/tax experience is preferred
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Strong analytical capability and logical thinking
• Familiar with finance/accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.
• Excellent skills in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, advanced skills including macro, pivot table, etc. in Excel in strongly preferred
• Good communication skills, Chinese language ability is a strong plus 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills 
• Ability to multitask 
• Adapt to constantly changing priorities
