Serenity is looking to add a qualified Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to our team in the Burlington/Camden County area.

Serenity is looking to add a qualified Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to the team!
This person would be responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects within the clinical management of patients.
The Palliative Nurse Practitioner must function independently while still working within an interdisciplinary team.
Duties will include: Education for community and facilities, Assessment of patients, Identify needs for services and support, Pro actively communicate with care team, Thorough and accurate medical documentation, review and order medications, labs and other diagnostic testing, attend medical staff meetings.
This position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Must be flexible, willing to travel, outstanding communication skills.
This Nurse Practitioner must have Palliative Care experience.
Some training will take place at the main Serenity office in Bordentown NJ.
