We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant environment for our guests. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training

- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to established guidelines

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or improvement

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and lost-and-found items

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, hotel housekeeping standards, and floor care techniques

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance

- Proven experience in managing a team of housekeeping staff

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff members
