Obility is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager with 5 years of marketing operations experience, preferably for a B2B tech company or digital marketing agency. The Marketing Operations Manager position is an integral role in evaluating, implementing, and managing the marketing technology systems to do their jobs effectively and provide the best quality of our work product, determining and documenting solutions to meet the needs of the clients we serve.
This role will require an innovative person who is inherently good at leveraging the data that technology creates. Someone technically savvy and a strategic thinker who is skilled at aligning teams. Building strong collaboration with the team to make sure the marketing automation data is being properly collected and connected with upstream and downstream systems. This includes making sure the team has the tools and training needed to provide the highest standard of usage of the data and technology.
