Position Summary:

Oasys prides itself on delivering efficient, effective solutions across various industries. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our program management team. We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. As the United States Marshals Service (USMS) lead, the ideal candidate will be Oasys’s authorized representative overseeing the technical and administrative performance of all services required under the program. The PM has practical, hands-on program management experience, particularly experience leading mid-size to large teams to execute diverse ad hoc projects, sometimes with ambiguous objectives. 

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural-born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project sponsor, CO/COR, and cross-functional teams, and assigned project/task/site managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for all contract deliverables
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from the client and cross-functional teams to provide high-quality support to all program and project engagements
• Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project/site teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Lead weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reporting to the client and Oasys leadership

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related technical discipline from an accredited institution

• Minimum five (5) years experience working as a program manager managing federal government contracts. Minimum ten (10) years of experience with no degree.
• Desired: 3 years of experience supporting the Department of Justice and/or the United States Marshals Service

Clearance:

• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain Public Trust

Certification:

• PMP Certification preferred
