Responsibilities In this role, the Vice President of HR Operations and Data Analytics will develop and execute a strategy for the operations of the HR function, lead and manage a diverse team, partner with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and initiatives, and deliver excellent results through thoughtful HR organization and infrastructure design. Manage a team of 3 Own and execute the global Workday roadmap and handle any downstream system management Manage the employee data model and all human capital reporting and analytics Oversee various operational processes including but not limited to HR policies, background check administration and onboarding, offboarding, U.S. immigration, audit and compliance, data privacy and business continuity. Regularly assess and scale our HR systems and process transformation globally, partnering closely with Legal, Compliance and IT Develop and report data-driven insights and analytics around retention, attrition, and employee engagement Partner with HR Talent and Development to execute firm-wide employee engagement survey, biennially, and provide survey analytics to senior leaders and executives Manage the department budget, planning and expense reconciliation process Lead cross-functional projects across departments and geographies Stay abreast of regulatory and legislative HR policy updates and requirements and provide insights and recommendations to ensure compliance Evaluate and improve current processes for optimized efficiency and productivity. Qualifications 8 years of demonstrated success in HR operations or similar role with experience managing teams Strong command of Workday HCM Track record of developing and managing HR programs, policies, and processes and managing projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent organization skills, extremely high level of attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions Strong MS Excel expertise, comfortable working with large and complex data sets Strong management skills instilling trust and credibility while developing and coaching team members Personal Attributes Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism Strong initiative and a superior work ethic Must be able to handle highly confidential situations with professionalism and tact Education Bachelor’s degree is required.
