Oak Park Place is hiring for our beautiful Albert Lea community! We are looking for an Activity Aide. If you are looking for a very rewarding entry level position this is the position for you. What you’ll be doing as an Activity Aide:

• Plan, organize, direct, and participate in treatment programs and activities to facilitate patients' rehabilitation and help them integrate into the community
• Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, and games
• Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly
• Assist with patient care when requested

Qualifications for an Activity Aide:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience working with the elderly preferred
• Previous experience in an activities role preferred
