Job Title: PM Kitchen Supervisor-Full Time
Location: Burr Oak Lodge and Conference Center, Glouster, Ohio
Job Summary:
As a PM Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening operations of the kitchen at Burr Oak Lodge and Conference Center. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure high-quality food production and exceptional guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise the evening operations of the kitchen
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to resort and industry standards
• Manage and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Monitor kitchen inventory and place orders for necessary supplies
• Create and adjust employee schedules to meet business demands
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and maintain cost-effective menus
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory, sales, and labor data
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and sanitation standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control procedures
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
