Our distribution center Human Resources Supervisors play a critical role in our company's success by being true business partners with our distribution center's management team. This individual will maintain an in-depth understanding of business objectives, programs, and challenges. They will also provide consultation and communication to management on team member relations, talent acquisitions and other HR functions in support of the business.

What you will do in this position:
· Support DC manager and supervisors in team member relations efforts; work to ensure high team member morale, and coordinate the progressive discipline process and application of other human resources policies with local management and corporate
· Conduct new team member orientation, responsible for timely completion of new hire paperwork, and benefit enrollment information
· Answer questions from team members concerning benefits, insurance, and any personnel questions that may arise
Required Qualifications:
· Excellent knowledge of Human Resources Management principles, practices and procedures
· Ability to exercise good judgment and make independent decisions
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and the highest level of discretion
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications we would like to see:
· Good presentation skills to various groups
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test and/or MVR check, as applicable for the role.
