About Hospitality Health ER
Hospitality Health ER is a freestanding ER in Tyler, TX. We have a need for multiple Full-Time and PRN (as needed) Floor Technicians. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to everyone that enters our facility, going above and beyond the call of duty. The Floor Technician will work 12 hour shifts and applicants must have the availability to work a matrix schedule - up to 4 shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
Position Goals
The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the floors, upholstery, rugs, and curtains. The Floor Technician is responsible for the use and storage of the equipment needed to ensure the floors in the facility are buffed and polished, any area rugs and upholstered furniture are clean and
presentable at all times, and curtains in patient rooms are changed on a weekly basis. The position follows standard practices and procedures set for the department as well as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Policies and Procedures Manual. The position complies with regulatory requirements. .

Education/Experience
High School Graduate/Equivalent preferred but not required
Ability to read, speak an write the English language
Must follow oral and written directions
Valid Driver's License
Physical Demands
Requires full range of body motion
Eye-hand coordination
Standing and walking for extensive period of time
Pushing and pulling
Reaching
Climbing (ascending and descending)
Balancing
Bending / Stooping
Kneeling / Crouching
Using arm, leg and back muscles for extended periods
Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing greater than 50 pounds
Requires corrected vision and hearing to within normal range
Work Conditions
Both environmental conditions; activities occur inside and outside
Atmospheric conditions: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
May be required to work in narrow aisles or passageways
Working with hazardous chemicals
Potential exposure to communicable disease
