Job Summary

Growing international freight forwarder and NVOCC located in South San Francisco providing full scope of logistics services has immediate opening for

experienced (2-3 years) ocean & air freight coordinator to join our professional team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Process high volume and /or complex export/import transactions for customers, including booking , documentation and billing. Duties will include preparation of freight quotes, tracking of freight and invoice processing both for air and ocean shipments. Full knowledge of ocean/air shipping documents processing.

Qualifications and Skills

minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in freight forwarding industry and logistic field.

A high level of energy and a "can-do" positive attitude.

Excellent verbal/ written communication skills
