NYU is Hiring an Assistant Director, Admissions Operations Near New York, NY

The NYU School of Professional Studies is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions Operations who will manage all aspects of admissions and enrollment processes. The incumbent will oversee all processes including the application review process, application audits, decision release, new student matriculation, and other core functions of the admissions cycle. The Assistant Director will contribute to increased enrollment and a comprehensive data-driven admissions strategy by: supervising the Operations team; overseeing the admissions processing lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment; implementing and maintaining the processes and systems needed to support the applicant experience and data integrity with a focus on improvement; ensuring compliance for all data related to student admissions and enrollment; serve as a system administrator for the admissions application system; and provide robust reports and dashboards with summaries on application data as well as operational productivity. The Assistant Director of Admissions Operations will utilize data to make recommendations for improvements to Admissions leadership.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree
Required Experience:
3 years Experience in leveraging technology to optimize work processes, communications and workflows.
Preferred Experience:
3 years Demonstrated knowledge of developing new workflows and processes.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, project management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and working knowledge of databases and CRM technologies. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with a wide range of constituents.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Must be able to build and maintain admissions processes.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $97,000.00.
