JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Technician is responsible to assist the lead in the successful completion of all jobs. You will be trained to work safely and efficiently at the job while working alongside a winning team. You will learn, be challenged, grow, and have fun while being 100% confident on every job performed. Technicians wash houses, roofs, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, patios, etc. for residential homes and neighborhood associations. Your job is to provide the highest level of professionalism to our customers. You will be assisting your leader to perform daily tasks and assist with safety operations.

This is an entry-level position. No experience is necessary to join our team as an Assistant Technician. Our leadership team will provide you with all the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed at NW Softwash.

LOCATION:

Technicians work within a 30 mile radius of Vancouver, Washington. Shop location: 5305 NE 121st Ave #511 Vancouver, WA 98682.
PAY:

$18/hr base

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be comfortable with working on roofs
- Comfortable working with ladders and power washing equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Comfortable driving truck w/ heavy equipment
- Labor experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work overtime
