We are looking for a motivated career oriented Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture (EA) team. Our EA team has some of most experienced technologists in the industry with average of over 25 years in the technology sector. We have the right combination of skillsets to ensure our success, with Business, Solutions, Infrastructure, Application, and Security architects that have proven record of accomplishment from entrepreneurial start-ups to large fortune 500 companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create deliverables that guide the developing direction for a solution (a solution includes applications, technologies, processes, and information) and provide necessary leadership, analysis, and design tasks related to development of the solution.

• Design and lead implementation of a solutions architecture across business applications or technologies based on enterprise strategy
• Monitor current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by a solution, or misalignment with business requirement
• Understand technology trends and practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models
• Apply principles, guidelines, and standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise future-state architecture vision
• Apply governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance

Qualifications

• A strong ability to extrapolate the correct result from limited known facts
• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on design and implementation of business solutions by IT
• Excellent requirements elicitation experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiations
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Excellent analytical and technical skills. Understanding of application development methodologies, infrastructure and network architecture
