Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our growing team.

In This Role You Will
• Process loans from set-up to closing in an organized and timely manner
• Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title
• Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Review title, legal, and settlement documents
• Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service
• Communicate with transaction stakeholders
• Maintain an individual pipeline of loans 
Requirements
• 3 years of title and/or mortgage experience
• Strong experience with reviewing title documents
• Prior experience with Encompass
• Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
• Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office Experience

• Must be incredibly detail-oriented
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Real estate knowledge is a plus
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
