We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives.NV5 is currently looking for an experienced senior marketing coordinator to join our national Utility Services and Power Delivery team. The successful candidate is a detail-oriented, organized self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate proposal and statement of qualification efforts, including writing non-technical portions of the pursuit, manage and prepare the entire submittal from pre-positioning to close-out, lead pursuit meetings, and interview practice sessions.
• Write, proofread, and edit proposals/statements of qualifications, marketing collateral, presentations, and other miscellaneous documents.
• Produce deliverables for submissions as required.
• Update and maintain marketing collateral, including resumes, project description sheets, brochures, etc.
• Prepare award submittals and abstracts for speaking opportunities.
• Design graphics for marketing materials.
• Prepare interview materials (PowerPoint, boards, leave-behind collateral, etc.).
• Coordination with internal project managers from diverse backgrounds and regions.
• Coordination with subconsultants.
• Populate, update, and maintain Deltek Vision database.
• Event planning and coordination.
• Coordinate internal communication announcements and presentations.
• Assist with providing content for digital channels, including social media, internal intranet, and website.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Business Management; a minimum of five years of marketing and proposal experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industry will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite required.
• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Deltek/Vision CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of the utility services/power delivery industry (electric, natural gas, renewables, etc.) is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of proposal development experience.Certifications/Licenses: None required.
