NV5 Energy Efficiency Services (EES) group is seeking a Project Accountant to join our team. This role can be located in: CT - Glastonbury, NY - New York, Massachussetts, New Hampshire, and NV - Las Vegas

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers to set-up projects in Deltek Vision according to contract and revenue method, assure billing terms are set up according to contract and client billing requirements.
• Enter project budget information and upload all required documents into Deltek Vision at project set up.
• Maintain and update projects throughout project life cycle, including but not limited to change orders and additional task orders.
• Work closely with Project Managers to review and maintain project unbilled detail.
• Prepare monthly invoices for review and approval by assigned Project Managers. Review and maintain project billing terms, ensure client’s requirements are met.
• Support in the monthly AR reviews and collection process.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• Accounting Degree or relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong computer skills.
• Solid organizational skills with superior attention to detail and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment with a willingness to adapt to new and changing processes quickly
• Prior experience with Deltek Vision
• Engineering industry experience
