Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve complex wireless (hardware, software and cellular) issues
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions, over the phone
• Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer issues quickly and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers
• Maintain and input accurate data in spreadsheets
• Scan devices, install/uninstall software, apply screen protectors and install cases
• Activate devices and validate activations
• Update client information in CRM
• Manage customer account details

Requirements:

• HS diploma, or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills
• iOS, Android, Windows, Microsoft, Google Workspace, SaaS and MaaS experience strongly preferred
• Mobile device management and/or Mobile Carrier experience a big plus
• Must be willing to work in a team-based, collaborative environment
• Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced and highly-demanding environment
• Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
• Excellent reading comprehension
• Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
