Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.
As a Financial Analyst, you have a crucial role in the success of Nuvia. You are responsible for building and maintaining various budgets, pro formas, forecasts, and analytical and financial models. You will also be the lead person to develop management reporting and other ad hoc and systematic data and reporting structures as the finance department grows and develops. Your work needs to be timely, accurate, comparative, and presented in a visually appealing and consumable way in order to help Nuvia and its employees to provide an exceptional patient experience or support the patient facing teams who do so. We all work together to deliver the highest level of patient experience within 24 hours and do so through innovation, teamwork, operational excellence and being obsessed with our patients. 

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the CFO in the development and implementation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, the strategic plan, and the analysis & reporting of monthly operating results
2. Work closely with executives, directors, regional managers, and others to monitor the budget and analyze monthly results
3. Provide analytical support to business partners to help drive the company’s operating performance.
4. Collaborate with the accounting team and other data sources to ensure accuracy
5. Monitor labor costs, including expected vacancy, overtime, and other material variances
6. Provide variance analysis and determine cause of change. 
7. Scope includes the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements as well as monthly actuals, plan / pro forma and forecast, monthly reporting and analysis, monthly actual package, monthly forecast package, overall monthly financial package, annual operating plan, strategic plan processes.
8. Perform break-even an other investment analysis on proposed capital investments using three-statement modeling, Multiple of Invested Capital (MOIC) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) models. 
9. Drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis as well as requisite system requirements.
10. Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.
11. Prepare ad hoc presentations

Requirements:

1. Be available during regular working hours (Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm), averaging 40 hours a week. Occasional availability outside of these hours may be needed.
2. Accurately process monthly reporting within 5 days of financial close
3. Work to decrease the time required to close
4. Document all processes you create
5. Proactively find ways to improve processes and systems in financial reporting.
